Stretchin' itself wuz tough...
De 1st push-up i did felt sooo difficult... (imagine dat..)
Crunches, dun say... (lagi worse..!?)
Den de run, wah kao...
Mcm mai tyre got punctured liddat... (sooo slow...)
Got out of breath very de fast...
Wah diz week nid 2 exercise more... (gettin' weak..)
Juz now wanted 2 go runnin' budden drizzling...
I tink weekend go East Coast arh... (cycle...)
Looonnngg tyme nvr cycle 2 East Coast oready...
Should restart mai weekly cycle ar...
