Ah, finally break 4 de weekend...
Went back a couple of dayz tho' durin' de week...
Sibei tired sia...
Had a couple of mishaps during de training week...
Too excited 2 pass mai IPPT until i...
Fell down durin' Shuttle Run.. (kaoz...)
Pain sia...
Scrape mai left arm N leg... (so big, machiam like map of SG..)
But dat one i can tahan...
De real pain iz mai palm... (sprained it...)
2 mishap wuz when i jumped down from the 'lorry'...
Kaoz... @ 1st all wuz ok...
Only felt the pain when i went up de stairs...

I have been werkin' 12 hours everyday everytime...
